Organic Light Rye Sourdough



A blend of  organic stoneground wheat flours, cooked whole rye grains and organic blackstrap molasses. Each loaf is handshaped and baked at high temperatures. The outcome is  a hearty and nutritionsly dense bread with a chewy crust.
