The baked cheese Tarte is a savoury-sweet tart with a – you guessed it – rich cheese filling. This is inspired by Pastry chef’s Amanda’s savoury tooth and her passion as a pastry chef.
Ingredients – flour, butter, sugar, milk, eggs, parmesan, cream cheese, mascarpone, cornflour lemon juice, vanilla paste, salt.
If stored at room temperature, we recommend that they’re eaten within 1-2 days. It will last for up to 2 weeks in an air-tight container in your fridge: bring it to room temperature before serving, or microwave between 20-30 seconds.
